We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Epitaph Records. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected and apparel tags remain attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
