When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. For pre-orders, items will ship to arrive as close to the release date as possible, though international transit times may vary.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective media within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on vinyl records that have been opened unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
My vinyl arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our support team with photos of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move quickly through our warehouse, but we can make changes if the order has not yet been processed. Please email us immediately with 'URGENT' in the subject line.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been scanned by the carrier, an automated email containing your tracking information will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
